SKILLS FOR PROGRESS

Back in 1968, nine Non-Profit Organisations joined hands to facilitate Vocational and Technical Skills Education for the underprivileged youth. The founders of these organisations were visionaries, who have recognized the need for skill training way back in the era of Indian industrialization. This initiative blossomed into ‘Skills for Progress-SKIP’.

Today, SKILLS FOR PROGRESS – SKIP established 55 years ago is now a collective of 250+ institutions spread across the country. We have been a catalyst in contributing to the development of young students, drop out, underprivileged and the tribal youths among whom 40% are young girls and women. The year 2019 marks our 50yrs of Skilling.

SKILL DEVELOPMENT & TRAINING

By following these steps, you can create a robust collaboration framework for delivering management development training and international courses on leadership, sustainability, branding, and stakeholder management to ITIs. This initiative has the potential to significantly enhance the capabilities and performance of ITI staff, ultimately contributing to the overall success and sustainability of the organizations they represent.

By implementing these strategies, ITIs can play a crucial role in bridging the skills gap and preparing a skilled workforce to meet the evolving needs of the industry.
